Many of today’s snacks, treats and event foods contain chemicals and additives that not only perpetuate cravings, but inhabit chemical pathways that would otherwise be home to our bodies natural hormonal responses.   • Demonstrate the connection between food and mental and emotional health issues such as ADHD, depression, fatigue, excitement, anxiousness, etc.
  • Provide clear information about how to avoid the chemical imbalances food can cause and create a positive, balanced internal environment
  • Discuss healthy snack choices, ways to control your blood sugar and eating habits that promote a positive mental state
