Promoting Healthy Workplaces

Facilitator: Tanis Farish

Using a wellness model to highlight the areas for a sustainable work life, we will draw from the evidence in the fields of neuroscience, human behaviour and physical performance. With this understanding we can identify strategies for daily practice that will balance a healthy body and brain. Identifying the indicators and determinants of distress within the workplace can help you design personal and organizational practices to increase resiliency for health. The learning in this course will be experiential in nature, followed by a case study approach to put it all together and confidently take these resources into work and life.
