Mindful Resilience in the Workplace: Making People More Resilient, Agile and Productive

Facilitator: Terri Duguay

We don’t have control over most change, but we do have control over how we respond to it. The key to this response is Resilience – and the good news is that it can be developed. Resilience allows us to make good decisions, stay focused and access our personal resources during turbulence. Increasingly resilience is becoming a key competency organizations are looking for in their employees – recognizing that the ability to manage the inevitable work related turbulence is often the difference between success and failure.

In this interactive and experiential workshop, you will receive your personal resilience profile which will provide valuable insight into how you emotionally “show up” during times of turbulence and more importantly, where to focus to achieve your optimum level of resilience.  You will learn practical techniques for strengthening resilience, including the use of mindfulness practices which has been proven to be one of the most effective techniques.
