Larry Shetzer

Larry Shetzer, PhD (Industrial/Organizational Psychology), has worked as an HR consultant for more than 20 years. He has been involved in all aspects of performance appraisal system design and implementation, from organization-wide systems to individual feedback at the CEO level. He has worked on performance management in a variety of organizational settings, including Bell Canada, BCIT, WorkSafe BC, Heilstsuk Tribal Council, and the BC Commission of Inquiry into Policing.
