This unique online course combines exploration of the practical foundational skills of entrepreneurship with a deep dive into the most important part of entrepreneurial success – YOU. Students will learn the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, what’s required to be a successful entrepreneur, discover what kind of entrepreneur they are, adopt and grow an entrepreneurial mindset, incubate their business idea, and do a deep dive into the personal ‘being’ of entrepreneurship.

  • Learn the foundations to entrepreneurship and how to turn an idea into a business
  • Discover what kind of entrepreneur you are
  • Discover your unique motivational value system and how to leverage it for greater success
  • Adopt and grow an entrepreneurial mindset working from the most important (yet often overlooked) part of an entrepreneur’s success – You
  • Identify core strengths and how to manage and balance them for greater effectiveness
  • Incubate your new business idea
  • Set yourself up for success and reduce risk with a strong foundation

This course includes 2 assessment tools: Strength Deployment Inventory and Portrait of Personal Strengths.

This is an online course with some synchronous components, consisting of four 1-hour webinars.
