Participants will leave the session with tools and strategies to enhance strategic, policy and service alignment in their organization.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Understand the 'grey areas' of the political/administrative interface
  • Clarify roles and responsibilities for governing functions
  • Facilitate shared expectations for good governance
  • Implement proactive measures to ensure alignment
  • Take remedial actions to deal with misalignment
