Facilitating Stakeholder Engagement

Designing a process to engage stakeholders, while delivering a worthy outcome, is a challenge. It requires defining the question, planning the process, managing the room, synthesizing results, and communicating outcomes. In this session, you will have an opportunity to identify your own question, plan an event, and practice your facilitation skills.

At the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Use a clear model for planning
  • Frame an effective question(s)
  • Plan the process for an event
  • Identify key resources in the engagement process
  • Develop their facilitation tools and skills
  • Identify the qualities of good data
