Emotional intelligence (EI) has been linked to leadership and managerial success in the workplace. This introductory course gives you a sense of how well you are currently functioning and how you can harness EI skills to attain your professional goals.   • Evaluate your own emotional intelligence with the BarOn EQ-i
  • Developing emotional self-awareness and self-management skills
  • Understanding and managing the emotions and behaviours of others
  • Using emotional intelligence skills to manage stress and conflict
