EcoFarm: Winter Fundamentals

Farming is a year-round business. Winter is the time to take stock, plan and prepare for the next season. This course provides practical training in plant propagation, proper tool use, and value-adding product processing (fermentation). On an ecofarm, winter work includes biodiversity and restoration.
